Staff and Training 

The home has been opened since 1984 by Hazel and David Paterson, their daughter Joanne is the registered manager. 
 
We have a full staff team who are either qualified NVQ2 - 3 or are awaiting to undertake the relevant training, Induction training is undertaken within the first 6 months of recruiting new staff. 
 
There are 3 care staff on in the morning along with a manager, a domestic and our general maintenance manager. Evenings we have 3 care staff with 2 doing the sleep-overs.
